Petra Oil’s PG 82-28 is a top-tier, polymer-modified asphalt binder developed for roads in climates with extreme heat and deep winter cold. Fully compliant with Superpave performance grading standards, PG 82-28 performs exceptionally at high pavement temperatures up to 82°C and retains excellent flexibility at temperatures as low as -28°C. It is purpose-built for regions where thermal shock and traffic loading combine to challenge pavement performance.

 

PG 82-28 is a strong candidate for northern highways, airport runways, and freight corridors in freeze-prone regions. Its advanced formulation offers long-lasting rutting resistance, fatigue durability, and resistance to thermal cracking under continuous environmental stress.
