Petra Oil’s Oxidized Bitumen 75/35 is a flexible, semi-solid oxidized bitumen designed for use in a wide range of construction and industrial applications. With a softening point of 75°C and a penetration value of 35 dmm, Bitumen 75/35 is ideal for situations where moderate heat resistance, enhanced elasticity, and durability are essential.

 

Produced via the air-blowing process, this grade has modified rheological properties, giving it better temperature tolerance and chemical resistance compared to conventional bitumen. Bitumen 75/35 is frequently used in light roofing systems, damp-proofing membranes, asphalt-based mastics, and vibration-damping applications. Its performance in dynamic structures and environments with regular temperature cycling makes it especially valuable in infrastructure and light industrial settings. In compliance with ASTM D36 and D5, this product meets global quality standards and ensures consistent performance across different climatic and structural conditions.
